Please read these terms of service and all referenced materials carefully before accessing our website (the Site).

Your access or use of our website means that you have read and understood and agree to be bound with these terms and conditions. If you access or use our website on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and these terms of use are the agreement of such entity.  If you do not agree with these terms, then you have no right to access or use our website, its contents and services. 

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to visit the Site and use or services. If you do not so qualify, you are prohibited from accessing or using this Site. We will not collect personally identifiable information from any person that is actually known to us to be a child under the age of 18. If we are alerted that a User is under the age of 18, we will take steps to remove the User’s content and terminate and/or block his/her access to the Site and services.

  3. Users Conduct: You may only use our Site in compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations. Conduct that is harmful to us or others or that disrupts our work or others is prohibited. Below we include several examples of prohibited conduct on our Site: 

    • Embarrass, defame, harass, abuse, threaten or offend anyone in our Site or affiliated third parties, such as social media sites.

    • Interfering with the access of any user, including, without limitation, sending a virus, or overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing on our behalf;

    • Harvests, scrapes or collects any information from the Site without our consent. 

  4. Responsibility: If you fail to comply with these Terms (or we suspect that you have done or will do so), we reserve the right to restrict your access to the online platform without notice.

  5. Changes: Justice for My Sister Collective  reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Terms of Service (including any Policy), in whole or in part, at any time. Change notices may be communicated by postings in the website, via email at info@justiceformysister.org, or other reasonable means. It is your responsibility as user to periodically check the Terms of Service for changes. Continued use of the Service following any change to the Terms of Service constitutes User’s acceptance of those changes. The Terms of Service may not otherwise be amended, except by a written agreement executed by User and Justice for My Sister Collective.
